Bleach Hair Addiction is implementing new polices to better provide availability and exceptional service to guarantee satisfaction with

every visit!

Deposits

 

To secure appointment time and eliminate no shows, Bleach Hair Addiction now require a deposit of $100

for the following services:

 

  • Services amounting over $250

  • Color Corrections

  • Fantasy Colors

 

Appointments above all require an in salon consultation. Deposits can be made in the salon.

Deposits are to secure appointment time and will be credited back towards scheduled service.

Deposits are nonrefundable once service has started or failure to cancel within 24 hours or more.

Deposits will require a form (see below) attached to provide the best service possible.

Forms

 

The salon will now provide 3 types of forms to better communicate with our clientele and protect our

client's privacy. The forms are not necessary to all services we provide.

 

  • Color Correction Form

  • Service over $250 Form

  • Fantasy/Vivid/Fashion Color Form

 

Guests who refuse to fill out a form will be denied service.

Confirmations

 

Bleach Hair Addiction has upgraded to text and email confirmations. Reply with YES for an automatic

confirmation.

 

To assure we have the correct information, please update your profile with a number and email or you may

call the salon to verify information and update over the phone.
